Please read carefully the following conditions to avoid possible future misunderstandings. The General conditions at the end are there for your legal safety and Prague City Apartments (PCA); and our liability and you security. We really appreciate your interest in our services. We will do our best to make your stay in the Czech Republic an enjoyable one.


RATES

All the rates are obligatory given in local currency CZK (Czech Crowns). All rates shown in other currencies are subject to change depending on daily foreign currency/CZK exchange rate. The total amount in other currency is confirmed at the time of payment.


ALTERNATIVE SERVICES

PCA makes no guarantees about the exact apartment of the specific reservation. PCA will offer and book alternative services wherever possible when the requested service is not available. An alternative service is offered and booked at the same or higher quality as the service requested. Please advise us if you don't wish to have any alternative services.


VOUCHERS

You may only use the services of this Site if you are at least 18 years of age and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The services of the Site are not intended for and should not be used by minors. Please note that additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases, transactions, uses, or activities that may occur on or through this Site. You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any such applicable additional terms and conditions.


REFUNDS

Claims for refunds must be made within 30 days of any disputed service. Claims must include full details and documentation. If the claimed service is paid by credit card, a copy of the credit card statement must be enclosed with the claim.


PAYMENTS

Payments are available by credit cards (VISA-AMEX-EC/MC); cash in any currency listed on PCA exchange rates table and by wire transfer.


DEPOSITS

We require to guarantee your reservation by valid credit card authorization or by deposit. Exact amount of required guarantee is specified at the time of reservations and depends on the exact type of service. Refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. It covers damages, stay extensions, misuse of apartments etc. - for full conditions refer to refundable security deposit form please.


CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in is specified on the vouchers. Check-in for all hotels and apartments is at 14.00. Standard check-out time is 11.00 a.m. at the departure day.


CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Cancellations on the spot on the day of check-in are available due to serious reasons (illness, unsatisfactory service etc.). In this case the deposit will be returned in full. For other conditions see cancellation conditions related to the specific service.


TRANSFERS

Drivers check major delays and respect minor arrival delays of up to 30 minutes from scheduled time. If your arrival is postponed for more than 30 minutes, the driver usually goes to meet following guests in his daily schedule and we will organize alternate car for the most recent arrival time. We would appreciate if you let us know as soon as possible (from departure airport) about significantly delayed flight. Complimentary transfer conditions:

  1. Your accommodation must be booked only on www.prague-city-apartments.cz or directly with Prague City Apartments (PCA) central reservation office via phone or mail request. We refuse all claims for complimentary transfer in relation with apartment reservations made by third parties if not agreed and confirmed at the booking time.
  2. The total amount of apartment reservation must be 200 EUR or more per person per reservation. The minimal amount of 400 EUR per reservation is required.
  3. Only one journey per reservation is provided for free. If you are arriving at different times to Prague, the only first journey is complimentary.
  4. Full arrival details must be submitted via mail or by phone to the PCA representative 24 hours before the arrival time by the latest.
  5. Complimentary transfers are provided for the number of guests corresponding to the apartment reservation only.
  6. We provide this service for free only for the journey from the airport / train station to the apartment.
  7. Price may vary depending on actual exchange rate.

Our company operates in accordance with the Antidiscrimination law n. 198/2009 and, as such, we encourage all prospective guests to talk to us about any special accommodation requirements they may have. We will be pleased to discuss our most appropriate accommodation solutions with the aim of making all guests' stay as comfortable as possible.
